Application
For best results, apply two coats over JINsoon's Power Coat (Base Coat) or HyperRepair and finish with JINsoon's Top Gloss (Top Coat) and/or Matte Maker (Matte Top Coat) or HyperGloss. Can be worn alone or layered on top of any nail color.
