The Detail Dad Glass Ceramic is a coating solution that provides a hydrophobic easy clean finish to glass and headlights whilst also protecting the surface against acid rain, UV & weathering. The coating forms a permanent barrier layer that covalently bonds with the substrate curing at room temperature with atmospheric humidity.
Once applied water will form beads on the surface which can be advantageous during extreme wet weather conditions where visibility is poor.
This is a true ceramic coating providing durability of up to 3 years on side windows and 6 months on windscreens depending on use and maintenance of the coating throughout its life.
